The games. Every game on this site is someone else's work, used here under the open source license stated on its play page (MIT, CC0, the Unlicense, or an equivalent). We don't own these games, and we don't claim to. Each play page credits the original creator and links back to their source. See Licenses & Credits for the full list. If you believe a game is listed here in error or without proper rights, contact us and we'll look into it promptly.

Using the site. You can browse and play everything here for free, with no account. Please don't attempt to scrape, redistribute, or host this site's content elsewhere in a way that misrepresents its source or licensing, and don't attempt to disrupt the site (for example, abusing the comment or submission forms).

Comments and submissions. Comments and ratings you post are stored only in your own browser (see the Privacy Policy). There's no shared backend, no moderation queue, and nothing you post here is visible to other visitors. Game submissions are sent via your own email client and reviewed by hand before anything is added.

No warranty. The site and every game on it are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the games will be free of errors, secure, or available at all times.

Ads. This site may display ads served by Google AdSense, which has its own terms and privacy practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes. We may update these terms as the site changes; the "last updated" date above will reflect that.
