Neon Quarters ("we", "the site") uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. This site does not require account creation. If you favorite a game, rate it, leave a comment, or set a theme preference, that information is stored only in your own browser via localStorage. It is never sent to us or to any server, and clearing your browser data removes it. Comments you post are visible only in your own browser too, since there is no shared backend. We do not knowingly collect personal information from visitors beyond standard, anonymized analytics and ad serving data handled by our third party providers.

The game submission form opens your own email client with a pre filled message, and nothing is transmitted through this site. Whatever you choose to send is delivered directly to our inbox by your email provider, the same as writing us a normal email.
